We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing solutions. You will work closely with development teams to identify test requirements, develop robust automation frameworks, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality across various platforms and environments.

Your mission will be…

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives and strategies. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automated testing.

  • Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman). Ensure that automation frameworks are efficient, modular, and maintainable.

  • Test Script Development: Write, review, and optimize automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Implement test scripts for regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

  • Execution and Analysis: Execute automated test suites to validate software builds and identify defects and issues. Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build verification and deployment validation. Monitor and maintain automated test environments to ensure test execution reliability.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated test scripts, frameworks, and processes. Document test results, defects, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.

  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on automated testing best practices, tools, and techniques. Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote automation testing adoption across the organization.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright and Postman.

  • Experience with Java or other Object-Oriented Programming languages for script development.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies and APIs

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and/or automation testing tools are a plus.
