Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

• Twenty (20) years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering (or related field) or 25 years without the degree.

  Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

• Experience working with developers on web-based applications

• Experience managing tasks across multiple applications and teams to ensure complete lifecycle planning, designing, and scheduling of mission thread requirements

• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and frameworks

• Experience with Full Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC)

• Experience with the following systems engineering skills:

• Java 

• React

• AngularJS/Angular 2+

• JavaScript

• MongoDB

• Git

• Oracle

• Jira

• Confluence

  Desired Qualifications:

• Cucumber

• Elastic Search

• Kibana

• Kubernetes

• NiFi
