Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is integral to our finance team, focusing on managing all aspects related to invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and reporting. The successful candidate will be proficient in various financial software programs and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring the swift and effective collection of payments from our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts for irregularities such as non-payment and delayed payments

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients while following up on payments

• Perform account reconciliation, tracking and resolving inconsistencies

• Utilize various accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or customer inquiries

• Implement techniques to streamline and standardize Accounts Receivable operations

• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to billing and payments

• Improve and maintain accurate customer records in line with company policies

• Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner

• Develop monthly reports on accounts receivable status and share with senior management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 system

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing
