TEKsystems is hiring customer service representatives to join our client in Bloomington. This is a hybrid position!

Description:

• Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.

• Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

• Must be available to work hybrid or onsite upon requests.

Hours: Monday - Friday, between 9:00am - 6:00pm, must be available to work 2 11:00am - 8:00pm shifts a month. 2 weekend shifts required during open enrollment (October -December)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer service within a call center setting is preferred

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, minimum education requirement is a high school diploma

• Ability to type 35+ WPM

• Ethernet internet connection and a private work area to be able to work from home, required
