Description

We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to join our team in the secondary ticketing / B2C market, based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing customer-facing web products and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on enhancing user, customer and B2C experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in integrations with partner platforms, new feature testing, product roadmap and development, and business growth for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enhance user and customer experience by implementing strategic initiatives.

• Oversee the integration with partner platforms to ensure seamless functionality.

• Conduct new feature testing and build out for improving the product's usability and functionality.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with the business's strategic objectives.

• Foster business growth by focusing on strategic initiatives that drive profitability.

• Oversee resources to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.

• Conduct A/B testing and validate QA ahead of feature rollouts to ensure product reliability.

• Take ownership of customer experience, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction with the product.

• Develop and implement product scoping, prioritization, and roadmap to align all stakeholders with the company-wide product roadmap.

• Lead product design and development teams, driving product development processes in close partnership with Design, Engineering, and QA.

• Develop and implement A/B tests and other product initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.

• Direct activities of internal teams involved in the product development lifecycle, including remote international contributors.

• Maintain alignment with stakeholders to proactively prevent, detect, resolve, and learn from any product-related issues.

• Manage product budget and investments, providing recommendations and projections as to project costs.

Skills

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and EO/IR systems

• Experienced in About Time, AB Testing, Customer Service, Design, Engineering, and B2C Marketing.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a product management role within the financial services industry

• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in financial services

• Experience in using CRM systems for customer relationship management

• Understanding of database management and EO/IR systems

• Proven ability to use 'About Time' software for time tracking and management

• Experience in conducting AB Testing for product improvements

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints effectively

• Background in design and engineering, preferably within a financial services context

• Proven expertise in B2C marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
