Team Overview

The Asset Servicing Custody Client Service team manages the day to day inquiries , related to Corporate Actions , Income and Proxy , for our Investor base clients.

The analyst will be responsible to manage high volumes of queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant information and assistance to their dedicated clients.

What you will do

You will join the Client Services Team in a trainee professional role as an Asset Servicing Analyst. You will manage reconciliations and processing positions related to corporate action events. Your role is responsible for routine operational tasks focused on defined procedures, analyses and report preparation. You will have understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing team objectives.

• Problem solving though required investigation or research

• Revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events

• Supports a range of products, services and projects in accordance with established systems & procedures

• Performs multiple transactions of moderate complexity

• Interprets data and contributes to recommendations for process improvement

• Supports in the launch of new products or services from upgraded platforms

• Identifies policy gaps and makes suggestions to support the streamlining of related work processes

• Develops a good understanding of products, processes, and industry standards

What we’ll need from you

• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities

• Individuals at this level exhibit basic executional capabilities and are beginning to take on more responsibility

• Analytical thinking

• Knowledge or experience of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
