Talent Acquisition Business Partner

(Perm or FTC Options)

Location: Dublin: Office with Flex – 3 days office, 2 days remote working

ICON plc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Global Business Services recruiting team in Dublin. You will be driving end to end best hiring practices, working in partnership with internal hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies are developed and managed.

Although the main focus will be to support Finance recruiting, there will be opportunity to get involved in recruiting across a variety of functions. We seek flexibility in our recruiters with the willingness to support the business needs. You will also be in great company with a supportive team of TA Partners and HR colleagues also based in Dublin.

As Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be:

· Designing innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace.

· Ensuring positive candidate experiences.

· Developing a strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas you support to target and hire best talent.

· Working in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, supporting and recommending candidates for interview. Ensuring momentum is maintained during the recruiting process.

· Working to matrix goals i.e Time to Hire, Source of Hire, ensuring compliance is maintained within ICON’s Applicant Tracking System

· Managing your own workload to ensure a best in class recruitment service is delivered, ensuring the most effective direct sourcing strategies

· Enhancing and encouraging awareness of internal referral program and where required.

· Recommending, coordinating and participating in hiring events such as Job Fairs, external recruiting and other networking events.

· Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the customers’ business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand.

· Producing timely and accurate activity and Management Information reporting for your business areas.

· Collaborating within the wider TA team. There is so much opportunity to work with colleagues locally and globally.

Role Requirements

· Experience working as a Recruiter or Sourcer within an in house or agency environment.

· Exceptional customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customers’ needs, and manage expectations.

· Strong administration, organisational and prioritising skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· A curiosity to problem solve, providing a solution based approach.

· Experience working with Application Tracking Systems.

· The ability to work flexibly and with agility is vital as we work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
