ENDICOTT CLAY PRODUCTS CO Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) in Endicott, Nebraska

**[JOB SUMMARY [Human Resources Manager at Endicott Clay Products Co. will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including but not limited to hiring, interviewing staff, timesheet management, FMLA administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.

**[ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS [Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. Completes new hire orientations for all potential employees, then scans paperwork into their personnel file. [Drives recruiting effects, by attending job fairs, advertising open positions, and communicating with High Schools and Colleges, while maintaining open communication with NE Works to keep employee numbers where needed for production. [Oversees and approves all hourly employees timesheets. [Runs attendance reports and sends out write-ups to employees supervisor for signatures. [Creates and sends out termination letters when needed. [Documents termination reasoning for the employees file and unemployment claims. [Assists in unemployment court hearings. [Files Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) applications. [Completes change requests and enters information into ADP. [Administers FMLA to qualified employees when needed. [Assists in keeping employees files up to date by documenting all complaints and performance reviews. [Makes sure all annual performance reviews are completed and scanned into the personnel files. [Must attend required meetings. [Must keep your work calendar up to date to assist others within the company to know your schedule. [Orders companys merchandise for resale and enters sales tickets into ADP. [Must answer all employees' questions or assist with where to find the answers. [Continuously looks for ways to improve retention and other Human Resources related processes. [Coordinate special employee luncheons and company picnics. [Must complete all required paperwork and follow through with E-Verify procedures. [Must stay current on labor laws and regulations, then communicate them to management. [Must be willing to help in communication with our Spanish population. (If bilingual) [Inputs accident reports into the Workers Compensation insurance database and helps exchange essential information and paperwork. [Post employee correspondence on bulletin boards in English and Spanish. [Keeps all job descriptions up to date for current and future staff members.
