Located near premier attractions like OVO Hydro, Hampden Park, and the University of Glasgow, our hotel offers a vibrant and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. The Impact You’ll Make: As a key member of the Culinary Breakfast team, you are setting our guests up to have a wonderful day having enjoyed a great breakfast in our Cast Iron Restaurant. You will be busy supporting the operation to ensure a truly brilliant experience for our guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the production of quality breakfast food items to a high standard and specifications

• Work well in a team, taking ownership of your section

• Prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure smooth operation of your section

• Have a calm disposition and show willingness for self-development

Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual with experience in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate is a team player, fast learner, adaptable, and possesses exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should be:

• Proactive and reliable

• Responsible and highly motivated

• Skilled in effective communication with a positive outlook

• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality setting preferred.
