Job Summary

Step into the world of hospitality at Desert Diamond Arena and join the Premium Suites Team. As a Premium Suites Team member you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests in our suites during the exciting events hosted at Desert Diamond Arena, home of the Arizona Rattlers. If you are passionate about providing top-notch hospitality in a dynamic environment this is your chance to contribute to memorable experiences for our guests.

Pantry Management:

• Oversee the setup, organization, and daily operations of pantry services in suites.

• Ensure that all pantry items are stocked, fresh, and of high quality.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.

Guest Experience:

• Provide exceptional customer service to suite guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special requests and enhance the overall guest experience.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections of pantry items to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Implement and maintain hygiene and cleanliness protocols in the pantry area.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with the catering and events teams to coordinate pantry services for special events and functions.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of pantry inventory, usage, and any incidents.

• Generate regular reports on pantry performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements

• Valid food handler card and/or Alcohol certification may be required.

• Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role or related experience preferred

• Familiarity with pantry management and inventory control

Physical demands:

• Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs

• Frequently ascend/descend stairs

• Frequent standing and walking
