Summary of Job Duties:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting all department/clinic staff and providers who utilize the schedule for Perioperative Care Services procedural areas. Ensures the procedural schedules are managed according to policies and procedures in a manner that yields maximum utilization and accuracy. Perioperative Care Services Procedural Schedulers have an in-depth understanding of the operational areas in order to effectively meet the patient and provider needs. Highly focused on customer service and achievement of perioperative utilization metrics.
