University of Louisville General Maintenance Technician II in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or GED, and prior facilities work experience in housekeeping, maintenance and/or renovation work. Valid driver's license, insurable by University insurance carrier, police record check and employment physical required. Education may be substituted for required work experience.Position Description:Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to existing environmental, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in assigned buildings.
