You are an innovator in the world’s foremost color management company and help leading consumer brands and their suppliers ensure their products look exactly as the designer intended. Join our Consumer Products and Materials (CP&M) business unit, where you will cooperate with an expert team of product managers.

Essential Job Functions:

New Product Development:

  • New Product Development: Leading projects from ideation to launch by analyzing customer and market data, and collaborating with commercial and R&D teams to develop innovative lighting solutions.

  • Product Launch Management: Taking ownership of the product launch process to ensure customer satisfaction, including developing training materials for stakeholders and supporting the marketing and sales teams.

  • Roadmap Development: Creating and maintaining product roadmaps that address key market needs and opportunities, ensuring X-Rite's lighting portfolio remains competitive and aligned with customer requirements.

Product Line Health:

  • Developing Pricing and Forecasts: Create pricing, revenue, and gross margin forecasts based on market data and customer value, managing monthly reporting and corrective actions.

  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing: Engage daily with the sales and marketing teams to drive category growth and ensure alignment on strategic goals.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Manage revenue forecasting accuracy, product gross margin, and quality metrics. Present key performance indicators to senior leadership and provide insights for action.

General Requirements :

  • Disruptive Thinking: Capacity to solve problems and innovate, bringing new ideas and approaches to the table.

  • Team Player: Skilled at building relationships internally and externally, fostering collaboration and connections.

  • Customer Focus: Commitment to creating trust and delivering results through strong work ethics and a customer-centric attitude.

  • Bachelor's Degree and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, along with at least 5 years of product management experience in a comparable industry, preferably managing lighting products.
