Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer-related requests with professionalism and efficiency.

• Resolve complex inquiries and order issues, working closely with other departments.

• Process all orders to completion, including retrieving, reviewing, and allocating inventory for large complex equipment and supply orders.

• Resolve inquiries regarding price/item codes and work with the Credit Department on all order releases.

• Collaborate with the Legal Department to assist in Contract Administration as needed.

• Ensure timely shipment of orders by working closely with the Logistics Department to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V-Lookups.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, both within and outside Canon.

• Strong analytical ability and resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems.

• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

Education and Experience:

• Relevant field of education or equivalent work experience.

• Prior experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is preferred.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Melville, NY.

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
