The role of Store Excellence Business Partner is responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our retail store networks in order to achieve desired outcomes for EssilorLuxottica. This will be accomplished by providing on-site coaching and support that specifically emphasizes the following areas:

  • Improving sales and service excellence, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience

  • Enhancing optical dispensing skills

  • Expanding product knowledge and optimizing sales mix

  • Fostering operational efficiency and excellence in store management

This role does have an overnight travel requirement where you will be expected to make store visits within your region of Western Australia & South Australia, approximate travel requirement would vary depending on location however can range from 1 night to 3 nights within the Regions.

Requirements for Success

As a crucial partner to both the State Sales team & Leonardo team, this role will be instrumental in devising and implementing plans for developing capabilities that are in line with the business startegy, while simultaneously promoting industry best practices.

  • Ensure retail operating standards and KPIs are met through the delivery of capability development programs

  • Deliver in store coaching and support that increases store team capability to achieve business results

  • Drive a premium customer experience across our EssilorLuxottica store network

  • Support the capability sign off procedure for talent progression

  • Contribute to the long-term strategic plan through shared insights

Skills & Experience

  • Optical dispensing skills and experience essential (minimum 5 years)

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, or related discipline desirable

  • Experience working with stakeholders at various levels

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage tasks with competing deadlines

  • Organisational, planning and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication skills and a desire to give the best customer experience
