DESCRIPTION
The Live Event Producer is primarily responsible for the execution of live, large scale, experiential marketing events in conjunction with traditional experiential program execution.
As Producer, you will assist the Sr. Producer and Account Management teams during the event development phases, focusing on implementation of event tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage event production objectives/tasks prior to and throughout event execution.
Participate/assist in creative brainstorming to develop large scale experiential marketing events for our client.
Participate/assist in unique live event activation ideas that amplify consumer experiences by integrating multiple types of media, PR Stunts,viral campaigns, and digital/traditional experiential executions.
Interact with clients, primarily on conference calls/on-site execution; manage portions of event budgets, weeklystatus updates on event builds/personnel; client program reviews during and at program conclusion.
Research, propose, and assist in selection of event sites, staging, audiovisual support, content development, and entertainment.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and work experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of production experience in a major advertising/marketing agency or production company.
Experience with client services and overall event management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General understanding of technology, a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements.
Knowledgeable in, staging, sound, lights,video, décor, and catering.
Effective communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License
Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms.
Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment.
Must be available to work flexible work hours (evenings and/or weekends).
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel.
