Responsibilities

This office assistant position of the Spine Center is responsible for completing all tasks that are required and overseeing the daily activities of an office assistant and assisting the Coordinator as directed. Must have command of the English language.

Must be flexible to work other positions as needed.

Must be able to work all shifts.

Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

High school diploma or GED some college preferred.

Have one year experience front or back office in a medical care environment working with computers preferable using Microsoft Office products i.e. PowerPoint MS Word and Excel. Detail oriented. Capable of using sound judgment and decision making skills under stressful conditions.

Qualifications

Capable of using sound judgment and decision making skills under stressful conditions. 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training. Must have command of the English language. Must be flexible to work other positions as needed. Must be able to work all shifts. Pay Range

$21.15 - $24.02 /hour
