An established Seattle based multi practice firm is seeking a paralegal to join their team. This firm offers a rewarding career opportunity for a legal professional seeking to continue growing in their career. A successful candidate will want to make a difference by assisting families navigate the complexities of planning for the future and navigating legal matters during difficult times. This candidate in particular will play a vital role partnering with an attorney to ensure loved ones are cared for and assets are distributed according to wishes.

The salary range for this position is $62k to $93k DOE. Benefits available with this position include medical; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match; 2 weeks of paid vacation, Washington State paid sick leave; and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Estate Planning and or Probate;

• E-filing experience;

• Experience with filing in King and Snohomish County;

• Proof reading experience;

• Experience filing deeds;

• Proficient in Probate Litigation;

• Experience in handling Wills;

• Familiarity with Trusts and Estates; and,

• Experience building relationships with clients by providing guidance and support during emotional times.
