Eskimo Joe's is looking for bright and out-going people to join our Door Staff team!

As a member of our Door Staff team at Eskimo Joe's, the main duties include maintaining the safety and security of our team and guests.  The ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations is a must. We are seeking friendly, talented individuals who are committed to exceeding our guest's expectations. 

Job Duties:

• Checking IDs and verifying legal drinking age

• Monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access

• Managing crowd control during peak hours and special events

• Handling any disturbances or conflicts in a calm and professional manager

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Top-Notch customer service skills

• Teamwork mentality

• Excellent communication skills

• Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment

• Standing & Walking for 5+ Hours

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to work OSU Football Game Days

• Must be able to work Wednesday - Saturday: 9 PM - 2 AM

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

All team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paychecks
