Looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Coordinator who can join our team as an in-house marketing platform expert. Were looking for someone with knowledge and experience using marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Marketing Automation Coordinator will serve as a pivotal leader in driving our marketing automation strategies forward. He/she will be primarily responsible for building, scheduling and executing marketing automation campaigns and customer communications for RCB Bank. This person will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in marketing automation technologies and business engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinking, a proactive problem solver and an exceptional communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Act as marketing automation platform export in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC) currently to oversee marketing automation initiatives and architect/implement complex automation workflows.
  2. Primarily responsible for email/direct mail marketing campaign strategy, development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment.
  3. Responsible for creating necessary assets within marketing automation program such as emails, direct mail pieces, surveys and reports.
  4. Gather performance data for each campaign and regularly report KPIs to marketing team and campaign department owners. Develop ongoing enhancement strategies based on performance results.
  5. Work closely with marketing team, sales, IT, deposits, loans and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation processes with overall business operations. Champion a collaborative and cross-functional approach to achieving organizational objectives.
  6. Work with campaign owners to plan necessary steps to launch email/direct mail marketing campaigns and set deadlines.
  7. Work within the teams project management platform to ensure assigned tasks are completed and recorded. This includes website landing page creation, URLs, artwork designs, internal communications, etc. for other marketing team members to accomplish.
  8. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standards.
  9. Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to campaigns.
  10. Support essential marketing operations initiatives in marketing automation program such as managing the customer onboarding lifecycle, customer relationship nurturing and development, segmentation and data cleansing.
  11. Manage daily import of engagement data from marketing automation program into company CRM.
  12. Manage email unsubscribe requests.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years of marketing automation platform experience, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategy and best practices
  • Experience with marketing analysis, working with larges sets of data and numbers

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred OR two (2) years of experience in marketing automation role.

JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Proven ability to understand, assess and document best practice approaches to customer onboarding journeys, customer development and growth journeys, customer segmentation for journeys, personalization o journeys/campaigns and other lead/customer management best practices.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with competing priorities under minimal supervision.

Results-driven self-starter.

Superior communications skills, both written and verbal. A demand for excellence in all forms of communication.
