Veterinary Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine at Oklahoma State University is seeking a Sr. Financial Assistant. This position works closely with the VCS administrative team and is responsible for all financial and budgetary processes pertaining to travel expenses/reimbursements, purchasing (P-card, OkCorral, etc.), inventory/surplus, etc.

Specific functions of the position include coordinating travel arrangements for faculty and students, processing travel requests and reimbursements, and maintaining records in accordance with OSU policies and procedures. Also responsible for purchasing processes, budget development, inventory/surplus records, etc.

Lift, stand on ladder, stoop and bend, and work overhead and below waist level occasionally.Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
