CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Competency Benefits Job Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Evaluating and enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of an organization's workforce
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing competencies and identifying gaps in skills required for various roles within the organization
Design and implement competency frameworks, mapping out the essential skills and qualifications needed for different job functions
Collaborate with HR and training departments to develop targeted training programs, performance improvement plans, and talent development strategies aligned with identified competency needs
Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of competency development initiatives, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to drive organizational success and adapt to evolving business needs
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners
Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
