Opportunity

As the Manager – IT, HR, Legal, & Data Privacy BRM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness, security, and innovation of our technology solutions within the HR, Legal, and Data Privacy. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a global IT strategy for HR, Legal, and Data Privacy and provides visionary leadership to the IT teams responsible for these areas, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Leads, mentors, and manages a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Oversees the design, architecture, and integration of technology systems and platforms to support HR, Legal, and Data Privacy functions. Ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.

  • Manages relationships with technology vendors, negotiates contracts, and evaluates vendor performance. Ensures cost-effective procurement of software, hardware, and services.

  • Implements and enforces security protocols and measures to protect sensitive data within HR, Legal, and Data Privacy. Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Plans, executes, and monitors IT projects related to HR, Legal, and Data Privacy, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues.

  • Collaborates with HR, Legal, and Finance to understand their technology needs and objectives.

  • Fosters strong relationships and provides IT guidance to achieve departmental goals.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, with a preference towards a master’s degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology with a preference towards candidates with a background in project management. Strong knowledge of HR, Legal, and Data Privacy software and systems.
