Responsible for operating the switchboard for Ozarks Healthcare, providing information to callers, announcing needed code responses, and directing calls to the appropriate destination 24 – hours a day, seven days a week.

Must be proficient in communication skills, computer skills, and be capable of multitasking. High school diploma or equivalent
